John was super responsive, registered the car in Washington State for us (we are military), and he even got us a better deal than we could have imagined. I worked with Mike Richard during my purchase of a new Mistubishi Outlander PHEV. He was very informative and did not use high pressure sales tactics. A short time after I purchased the vehicle there was a very small malfunction with my fuel door actuator. Mike took care of the cost of the repair and made the experience extremely easy and efficient. I would highly recommend him if you are looking for a new Mitsubishi.
